What you do

There is a 5K or 10K, and 1.5K (mainly for Kid's)

Solo runners and Teams of Three.

Muddy Location

Claireville Conservation Area

All route distances include single-track, groomed trails, field/grass and gravel trail. The 10K is two loops of the 5K.

There will be three (3) water stations on course, but we also encourage you to carry water with you on course by using an eco-friendly water bottle or bladder backpack

The Kid's 1.5K route follows a trail around the outside of the Mud Run Base area, and of course finishes in the Mud Pit!

What you get

A tech shirt, race bib, electronic timing, access to free online digital pictures (Hopefully of you in the mud), postrace showers and a lot of dirty fun.

Timing

Electronic Timing will be used ONLY FOR the 10K and 5K distances, and chips must be RETURNED on run day, otherwise you will be charged for them. The timing chip is attached to the race bib.

Teams start and finish together. This is not a relay. The time of the last member of your team to cross the finish line, determines the team's finish time.

Parking

As you enter the Claireville Conservation Area, please drive slowly and follow the signs to the designated parking areas. There is a $5/vehicle parking fee.

There is no charge for spectators. We love spectators, and so will you because not only can they watch and cheer as you frolic in the mud, but they can also help carry your dirty clothes home!

Spectators

There is food and drink available for purchase at the Mud Run Base There are sponsor tents, and great music while you wait. Runners will have access to outdoor showers, and there are plenty of bins for your used shoes, clothing and garbage. There is also a First Aid location.
